The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is on the lookout for a Multimedia Learning & Product Developer who thrives in a dynamic, remote environment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating innovative multimedia and experiential learning experiences tailored for everyone—whether in-person at SPLC locations across five states or online for a broader national audience. You will get to design engaging content, including webinars, podcasts, interactive learning modules, and even documentary films that promote learning for justice. We're looking for someone adaptable, who can pivot with changing needs while consistently meeting deadlines, and isn't afraid to seek feedback to cultivate diverse, robust resources. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a meaningful way and should possess strong writing and communication skills to translate complex topics into accessible content. Your technical prowess will allow you to craft immersive multimedia experiences that inspire engagement and advocacy. With a commitment to social justice, human rights, and anti-racist principles, you'll contribute significantly to educational initiatives that resonate with communities.
