Company Description

Job title: Full stack .NET Web/SQL developer
Location: Newark, NJ
Duration: Long term contract
Work mode: Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Job summary: The client is looking for a full stack .NET Web/SQL developer who can assume responsibility for developing and maintaining applications built using the .NET framework. They must have a deep understanding of the front-end and back-end aspects of application development. On the front-end, they must be able to design and implement user interfaces using React with Typescript and Asp.Net MVC. On the back-end, they must be able to work with databases, web api’s, and other server-side resources.

In addition, they should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Full stack .NET developers must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to take direction from lead developers and other stakeholders. Furthermore, they should communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

 

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Layout, develop and creating responsive/progressive web applications using the.NET system and environment.
  • Participate in requirements discussions and transform them into useful applications in line with service goals.
  • Support, maintain and enhance existing applications and fix issues.
  • Collaborate with peers to create the most effective solution possible using the .Net framework and Microsoft tech stack.
  • Take responsibility for identifying and reducing technical debt in existing code structure while boosting application effectiveness and improve performance.
  • Deliver error-free code that complies with secure coding practices.
  • Able to provide technical assistance for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Incorporate data storage systems and preserve code quality.
  • Design responsive/progressive user interfaces using .Net and related technology.
  • Innovate and build high-quality software application options leveraging the flexibility of the .NET platform.
