How We Serve

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Data Analyst & Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between data infrastructure and business insights, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft data stack, especially Power BI. You’ll be responsible for building reliable data pipelines, maintaining our data models, and delivering actionable dashboards and reports that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting (70%)

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX calculations and optimized data models.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly.
• Empower teams with self-service BI tools, data training, and access to reliable data assets.

Data Engineering (30%)

• Design, build, and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or custom scripting in Python/SQL.
• Develop and optimize data models in SQL Server or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to integrate data from internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data engineering role.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., T-SQL) for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with Microsoft data tools such as SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lifecycle best practices.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power Query (M) and Power BI Service (publishing, gateway management, security).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., Blob Storage, Data Lake, Logic Apps).
• Exposure to Excel PowerPivot or VBA.
• Knowledge of source control (Git) and CI/CD in a BI environment.
