This position is a key contributor to success of our technical team in the Radiology / Healthcare IT space. This is an exciting time at Royal based on our position in the market, fast growth, and expansion into additional areas of healthcare.This opportunity may be right for you if:• Technology experience - tech savvy, applications, systems, data, integration, HL7• 5+ years of software development• Experience in developing applications that have front end interaction and solve a business need• Proficiency building, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications on both iOS and Android• Experience with app build automation and tooling• Experience designing and accounting for mobile application logging, error handling, bug reporting, etc.• Specific coding languages include but are not limited to: Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin• Experience in an agile and scrum environment• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements• Client facing services experience - tech/health companies• Comfortable speaking with clients to understand business needs, opportunities for efficiency gains, and generate new ideas• Collaborate with developers and non-developers alike to develop well-crafted user experiences and to make the product a success• Proven understanding of web security principles and other security systems• Maintain knowledge of current and evolving technology, evaluate changes in or new technology, and provide management with information relevant to new technologies (hardware, software, or services) that could be beneficial• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Engineer or equivalent work experienceExtra awesome• Familiarity or experience with .NET/C# development• Radiology experience• Familiar with Radiology workflows• Consulting/Services experience• Experience in developing mobile applications• IBM Merge, GE, EPIC, Change, NextGen, Imagine, CareStream or any other software/services vendor in healthcare radiologyBenefits• Competitive health plans (medical, dental, & vision insurance)• Generous PTO & Holidays• 401(k) with company match• Telemedicine healthcare visits• Savings accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA)• Life insurance & disability insurance options• Casual office environments & Opportunity to work remotely• Salary range of $120K - $145K depending on experience and location.If this job isn’t for you, perhaps you have a friend who would be a perfect fit?
