This role offers a unique opportunity to lead global data engineering initiatives, shaping the architecture, strategy, and delivery of enterprise data platforms. You will drive solutions that enable analytics, AI/ML workflows, and executive metrics while mentoring and scaling distributed teams. The position blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring data systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate enterprise applications, optimize data pipelines, and provide curated datasets for advanced analytics. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on enterprise data strategy and AI-driven initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise data engineering roadmap aligned with business strategy and technology goals.
  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable data pipelines and enterprise integrations.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a global team of data engineers, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Data Science, AI, and business teams to deliver high-quality, curated datasets.
  • Implement modern data protocols and frameworks to support AI-driven workflows.
  • Deliver consistent metrics for GTM, Finance, Customer Success, and other business functions.
  • Translate complex business objectives into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
  • 15+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise integrations, and analytics platforms, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Hands-on technical leadership with experience in architecture design, pipeline development, and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise with Sales, Marketing, Finance/ERP systems, and enterprise-grade integrations.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable solutions for high-volume data ingestion and analytics.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML and Data Science teams through advanced data infrastructure.
  • Track record of managing global, distributed engineering teams in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication skills bridging technical execution and business priorities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift), orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT), integration platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi), real-time/batch pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark), SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • SaaS or security industry experience, particularly in product adoption metrics, is preferred.
