Location: Location is United States of America, with potential travel required (up to 10%).
Compensation: $130300 - $195500 / Annually

As Sr. Manager of Engineering, you’ll be the technical heartbeat of cross-functional initiatives—partnering in discovery on academic and operations initiatives—then shaping solution strategies, validating them through rapid experimentation, and scaling what works across the enterprise.
Beyond producing great software solutions, you’ll be a multiplier. You’ll recruit and develop top talent, coach teams to operate with autonomy and accountability, and put in place modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability, SLOs) that unlock sustained velocity. You’ll influence roadmaps, clarify priorities, and create strong feedback loops with stakeholders so the team always works on the most impactful problems.
