Warehouse Associates: Receiving and Fulfillment (Picking and Outbound)

Ready to take your warehouse skills to the next level? We’re looking for dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in our NEW Consolidated Service Center (CSC) on the Nampa/Meridian border! In this role, you’ll be involved in receiving, shipping, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations across our warehouse. 

• Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m - 3:30 p.m. (subject to change) 
• Full Time and Part Time positions available

What You Can Expect

In the CSC, you can expect to have a wide variety of roles and responibilities, including:

• Efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision.
• Unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming shipments using technology and equipment.
• Conducting inventory audits and resolving discrepancies with accuracy.
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Collaborating with teams to ensure streamlined warehouse processes.
• Inspecting shipments for quality, damages, and defects.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) + months' experience in a warehouse environment
• For Receiving Warehouse Associates:
  • Loading/Unloading experience
  • Warehouse equipment experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and/or pallet jack riders
• For Fulfillment Warehouse Associates:
  • Picking, packing, and shipping order experience.
  • Experience unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming shipments using technology and equipment.
