Cell Engineering Program Manager

Program and Schedule Management

• Develop and maintain detailed multi-phase project schedules and technical roadmaps across cell R&D, validation, and stack integration.

• Define and enforce project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths with relevant engineering owners.

• Drive Clear-to-Build (CTB) readiness reviews and tollgate processes throughout development cycles.

Build Planning and Execution

• Develop structured build plans, including full-feature build matrices and feature-by-build alignment across development phases.

• Own coordination with operations and build teams to ensure timely execution of builds.

• Track inventory and material readiness in support of build plans; maintain BOM and part tracking as needed.

Vendor and Partner Engagement

• Act as the primary program liaison with external vendors and strategic partners supporting cell development, validation, and supply.

• Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify programmatic and technical risks early; manage mitigation plans and drive resolution through to closure.

• Escalate cross-functional blockers or delays with supporting context and path forward.

Budget Oversight

• Develop and maintain detailed program budgets for builds and testing.

• Monitor actuals vs. forecasts and track spend against milestones.

Process Ownership

• Establish and maintain programmatic best practices, including document control, revision tracking, and tollgate discipline.

• Collaborate with teams to refine CTB processes and build readiness workflows.
