Data Scientist - LLM

Stackline, a leading connected commerce platform, is seeking a Data Scientist skilled in Large Language Models and Machine Learning to develop innovative models and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in Seattle.

Skills

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Large Multimodal Models (LMMs).
Proficiency in Python and SQL programming and querying languages.
Experience deploying ML solutions at scale after prototyping.
Familiarity with ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark ML, or similar.
Experience with distributed version control systems like git.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy Large Language Models or Large Multimodal Models across multiple company products.
Create innovative Machine Learning pipelines and collaborate with leadership to test and validate data outputs.
Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external inquiries about datasets and models.
Process complex datasets, establish quality control procedures, and derive actionable insights.
Use data insights to recommend strategies to data science, engineering, and product teams.
Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities applying modern data science and ML techniques.
Design and implement analytical, mathematical, and machine learning experiments to drive growth.
Document data sources and analytical processes.

Education

PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
