Job Description

As a rapidly growing company, we are expanding our international team, which encompasses three teams: Americas, EMEA and APAC; each team consists of country specific account managers. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring we maintain strong relationships with our global vendors, ensuring they are able to fulfil top quality items within Stadium parameters. Furthermore, this team stays up to date on regional trends, cultural nuances and local customs.

The international team is committed to building trust and nurturing lasting relationships with our vendors. Our goal is to continue to expand our growing global catalogue with more and more unique, regional offerings while also feeling like an equitable experience across all menus.

In this role, you'll receive thorough training on the entire sourcing to fulfillment journey for swag, snacks and shop catalogue items. You'll develop the skills to source all types of items, negotiate and onboard new vendors, curate regional items, and see an order through to fulfilment and delivery. As a member of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you'll collaborate across various functions, focusing on continuous improvement and nurture long lasting vendor relationships.

Stadium is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position. We’re looking for individuals who live in South America, Australia/NZ, Japan, and South East Asia.

What You’ll Do With Us

  • Source new products and local vendors within specific regions 
  • Negotiate and onboard vendors who fit our Stadium profile
  • Maintain and manage relationships with vendors focusing on trust, reliability and ensuring items remain high quality. Moreover, as needed communication with the vendor on new SOPs, product offerings, feedback and any order concerns
  • Updating and adding new items to expand our catalogue and keep it fresh and on trend
  • Track incoming orders and stay on top of them - see them to delivery within our Stadium timelines
  • Working on all facets of Stadium including: swag, shops, SnackMagic, gift cards, swag kits, and overall catalogue expansion

What You Bring To Stadium

  • A ‘hustler' mindset but in the best way - looking for someone who is not afraid to go out there and make cold calls/emails, do research (virtual AND in person) and/or use their network to make things happen
  • A GREAT communicator - since we are all remote, we need someone who is not afraid to speak up and ask for help. Also, someone who is happy to share ideas and collaborate 
    • On the flip side of communication, our team is made up of different cultures and languages from all over the world, so clear communication is crucial
  • The ability to multitask – given the sheer amount of products and orders we handle on a daily basis, we need someone who can handle it all but also drop everything and take on something urgent when needed
  • Tech forward - Stadium relies heavily on our backend system as well as other software components - we want someone who can pick up on these systems quickly and can handle any update and troubleshooting along the way

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Good working internet connectivity
  • Bilingual is a plus 
  • Being able to work well in a global remote team setting - this will impact working hours to ensure we overlap with all time zones in the team
  • Computer skills
    • Manages emails daily through Gmail
    • Uses a calendar to book and arrange meetings via Zoom and other platforms if needed
    • Efficient in G-suite/ Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
