Chief of Staff - Seed Startup

We are one of the leading tech investment firms globally, with a track record of investing in some of the most valuable companies in the world.

We are helping our early stage (Pre-Seed -> Series B) portfolio companies grow their teams.

One of our portfolio companies is looking to hire a Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate has strong business instincts, is hungry, low ego, and wants to win. By Q2 this year you will help launch a membership program that will play a large role in the company's revenue growth.

You will be working with a successful multi-time entrepreneur - the CEO will be there to guide and provide direction, but you will need to have a bias to action.

While the company is remote first, the CEO is based in San Diego so ideally the candidate is based there.

While being good at what you do are table stakes, we believe the following will make you successful in a startup:
