This is a Hybrid role, must be able to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida).  The office is located in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Administration and Data Integrity Supervisor will be required to perform other job related essential and non-essential responsibilities, requirements, and skills as required.


What it is:

The Administration and Data Integrity Supervisor offers next level customer service and support! As the point of escalation, they serve as subject matter experts for MLS Membership, listing data entry, Stellar Policies and Procedures, as well as the enforcement of MLS Rules. 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Admin & Data Integrity, this role requires someone with the knowledge and ability to oversee and develop a team of specialist that interact with MLS customers regarding MLS membership and listing data. Members of the team will consider this person as their point of contact to assist them in resolving issues, clarifying rules, and outlining proper procedures.


What you’ll do:

This is a salary, exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all Membership, Admin & Data Integrity personnel
  • Point of contact for assistance with resolving issues from customers, other departments and association staff
  • Manage the Senior escalations queue
  • Manage multiple email folders and ensure they remain at an acceptable level
  • Create and maintain work, lunch and training schedules
  • Commitment to assisting with phones and emails as needed during times of high volume
  • Monitor and review Stellar Rules and Regulations and suggest changes/updates as needed
  • Act as a point of escalation to review, research and respond to issues that members of the team need assistance/direction to resolve
  • Administers Quality Checks and provides feedback to team members
  • Provide coaching to team members to assist in growth
  • Conduct team meetings to keep team members informed of emerging topics or issues
  • Assist Membership, Administration & Data Integrity as needed
  • Assist with escalations in other departments as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assist with recording and approving of employee hours and absences 
  • Conducting interviews to assist in finding the right candidates to fill open positions
  • Timely and regular attendance as well as being available nights and weekends is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function.
  • Some travel within the state of Florida may be required
  • Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida).


Requirements

Who we need:

To succeed in this role, the Administration and Data Integrity Supervisor will need a particular skill set. For this position, those include:

1. Other Essential Skills

  • Excellent written, verbal communications, and inter-personal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MLS Rules and Regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of MLS Policies and Procedures
  • Real Estate or MLS experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience collaborating with other departments in reviewing processes to arrive at the best decisions for the company and its customers
  • Follow through, finish well and be accountable to dedicate yourself to excellence
  • Maintain professionalism with vendors, customers and staff at all times in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Effective listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement in the best interest of the department and company in the absence of management
  • Ability to take the initiative and be self-motivated to accomplish tasks with or without guidance
  • Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

2. Essential Physical Skills

Acceptable vision and hearing (with or without correction)

  • Bending on occasion and lifting up to approximately 20 pounds occasionally
  • Standing and walking approximately 2 or more hours a day
  • Talking and sitting for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day
  • Writing and/or typing for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day

3. Education, Certifications, and Software Skills

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 1 year of Supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Mastery of proprietary software
  • Bilingual (fluent in reading/speaking Spanish) is a plus
  • Compliance experience is a plus
