Digital Marketing Manager (for winmasters)

STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of its client winmasters is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers/graphic designers), and partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, Adwords and display (CPC/CPV/CPM/CPL ) advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Monitor quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic coming from each channel of communication
  • Identify relevant audience and create efficient lookalike campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Unify metrics across all analytics tools aiming to have identical performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Coordinate internal teams to implement SEO friendly tactics (content, URLs, pages elements)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Analyse behaviour flow in order to spot areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Work closely with CRM team to define marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities on customers
  • Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
  • Coordinate with local marketing managers

Requirements

  • University Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (specialisation in marketing preferably)
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Excellent reporting & analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Strategic thinking , Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Seniority to comprehend the complexities of an online B2C product
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbally)

  • Previous exposure within the online gaming industry (will be a plus)
  • Ability to lead and work effectively with third parties

  • Experience on CMS management (will be a plus)
  • Sound understanding of IT principles
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints (will be a plus)
