About Us


Suger is a revenue platform that helps our customers grow on the fastest growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to provide a last mile solution between their existing tech stack (e.g. CRM, metering solution, ERP) and the cloud marketplaces. In just 1.5 years, we’ve contracted with close to 150 customers, ranging from early-stage startups to public companies.


We are seeking a talented and passionate Email Marketing Analyst to play a pivotal role in building world-class software. You will work closely with the co-founders and both engineering and GTM teams.

Role Overview


As a Email Marketing (Demand Generation) Analyst, you will be responsible for managing email campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and segmentation to execution and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the growth marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, drive lead engagement, and maximize ROI.


What You’ll Do
  • Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content for various customer personas.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for maximum effectiveness.
  • Tools & Platforms: Manage email marketing tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, Persana and ensure data is synced accurately with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with privacy regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the content, design, and sales teams to create engaging, conversion-driven email templates and nurture flows.


What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Statistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Apollo and Hubspot).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like SQL and Sheets.
  • Knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and optimizing performance.
