What You’ll Be Doing:

🚀 Leading & Inspiring: Oversee, train, and motivate a team of room attendants, supervisors, and cleaners to deliver top-notch housekeeping service.

🚀 Keeping it Spotless: Ensure all rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet Moxy’s cleanliness and style standards.

🚀 Staying Organized: Manage schedules, assign tasks, and conduct quality inspections to keep everything running smoothly.

🚀 Problem-Solving Like a Pro: Handle guest requests, resolve housekeeping-related issues, and respond to feedback with efficiency and charm.

🚀 Keeping it Stocked: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the team has everything they need to shine.

🚀 Upholding Safety & Standards: Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hygiene protocols to create a secure and sanitary environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience: 3+ years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.

✔ Leadership Skills: A natural motivator who can inspire a team and keep the energy high.

✔ Attention to Detail: You notice the little things—because guests do, too!

✔ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-moving hotel setting.

✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus.

✔ Flexibility: Weekends, evenings, and holidays are all part of the hospitality game!

The Physical Side:

This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs). You’ll be on the move, ensuring every corner of the hotel meets our high standards.
