Stock/Mailroom Associate | Experienced Hire
Overview
Susquehanna has a job opportunity for a Stock/Mailroom Associate to join our team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. This position is a high volume, service oriented role where both accuracy and organizational skills are critical.
In this role, you will:
- Receive, sort, store, and distribute mail, newspaper subscriptions and deliveries
- Manage and distribute large shipments of procured goods delivered to our building’s loading dock
- Coordinate the deliveries of technology assets to our headquarters and to our regional and international offices.
- Manage office supply inventory, maintaining relationships with SIG’s existing shipping and office supply vendors
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipping services for onsite employees
- Organize and manage the firm’s technology asset recycling program
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience; corporate or retail stockroom, corporate mailroom, technical retail sales, and/or inventory management experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds required
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, sometimes with little or no break
- Ability to support a flexible work schedule when needed
- Interest in technology strongly preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs documentation preferred.
- Experience with or exposure to inventory management software (such as Great Plains or Req Logic) a plus
