Our Sales Development Representatives are a group of professionals who generate curiosity among potential client prospects from the world’s top brands through outreach via email, cold calling, social channels (Linkedin, Twitter, etc), and working with marketing. The essential responsibility is to find and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team as well as read and research earnings reports and present back to the account team. A deep understanding of prospect account knowledge, creating and maintaining account maps and understanding key vertical trends and Suzy use cases by research pillar and user persona.
Preparation of customized sales decks, Highspot account spots and other applicable sales development materials will also be a key requirement.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with Enterprise Sales Executives and assist the VP, Sales in a number of business development initiatives that drive the revenue growth. You are someone who is a “forever learner”, with a strong desire to gain new skills, seeking to soak up advice and mentorship from peers and other sales professionals and exploring new technologies and solutions for your role. Staying Metrics driven and self motivated to hit KPI’s and goals
Keeping yourself organized, such as updating our CRM (Salesforce) with accurate information

Using creativity in email outreach to capture attention and land first meetings
Exploring new automation and efficiency tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Lavender
Writing your own copy for outreach after proper training, with the ability to think critically and incorporate relevant messaging for key personas
Self-starter who will bring new opportunities and ideas for outreach to your VP and team
Preferred qualifications:
1.5+ years minimum of full-time relevant work experience
Experience using Salesforce
Experience in cold-emailing and cold calling
Prior experience working for a SaaS company preferred
Inside sales development or inside sales experience
Enterprise prospecting and account mapping experience
Prior experience using sales tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Highspot preferred
