Physical Therapist Assistant- Home Health - Fond du Lac

Overview

Are you a Physical Therapy Assistant with a desire to make a difference in the lives of the older adult population? If so, we sure have the job for you! Come join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM and make a different with our PRN Home Health team in the Fond du Lac area.

 

This is a PRN, Part-time or Full-time Home Health position to cover areas within a 30 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement included!

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
