Senior Business Analyst, Contract Pricing and Accuracy

As a Senior Business Analyst for Contract Pricing and Accuracy, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role will support the Contract Pricing and Accuracy team in the rollout of systems and methodologies that align with long-term corporate transformation objectives and goals.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, data, and propose effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Your ability to understand both business operations and technical aspects will be key to your success.

You’ll operate as a highly skilled individual contributor with some oversight on specific products/systems or subject matter area, while maintaining awareness of the broader system.

You’ll be a subject matter expert and support the user experience for several related initiatives within the Contract Pricing and Accuracy scope.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

• Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements as needed.
• Analyze existing workflows, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all stakeholders have a clear, shared understanding of deliverables and timelines.
• Develop or refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities.
• Manipulate and clean data from various sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a bridge between business units and technical/data teams.
• Lead or participate in data-focused workshops and meetings.
• Communicate complex data insights in simple business terms.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on process or system changes.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role with emphasis on areas such as contract management, pricing execution and data analytics. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in using Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Analytical formulas)
• Expertise building Tableau dashboard and writing SQL queries will be a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Strong problem management and solving skills.
• Accountable to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Project Management/Scrum/Agile experience or certifications will be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as  Senior Business Analyst for Transformation related initiatives
• Advanced English level required
