Instructional Designer/Learning Program Manager

The Tarkett Talent, Organizational Development, and Learning team is looking for an experienced, consultative instructional designer/learning program manager for their North America team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with business partners to conduct needs analysis to create learning solutions that support employee’s performance in achieving business goals and objectives

  • Leverages sound instructional design principles to design and develop blended learning solutions

  • Develops learning solutions in a variety of formats including virtual instructor-led, classroom, eLearning, micro-learning, video, etc.

  • Completes all program deployment activities including Learning Management System activities, train the trainer, rollout schedule, and marketing and communication plans

  • Executes program measurement strategy to evaluate the impact of training

  • Proficient in MS Office, Articulate Storyline, and other learning content development tools

  • Experience working with/administering a Learning Management System, Workday preferred

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and consulting abilities

  • Engaging classroom facilitator in both live and virtual classroom settings

  • Ability to influence stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills

  • Implements change management, marketing, and communication strategies as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ instructional design and project management experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields preferred
