We trust that as a Digital Product Manager you will: (responsibilities): Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Design, QA, etc.) on new and existing digital products and features. Develop and communicate a product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap, balancing customer impact, business value, and resource constraints. Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle by defining requirements, creating user stories, and working with development teams to deliver features on time and to spec. Champion a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure designs align with user needs and product goals. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data insights to refine the product strategy. Conduct research to understand homebuyer challenges, identify user needs, and analyze the competitive landscape. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency of the digital product team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have: 5+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2C environment. Strong background in web product design and development. Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on analytics and research. Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, leadership). Proficiency with product and project management tools. Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into action with strong execution skills and attention to detail. Experience conducting competitive analysis and user research.
