Technical Onboarding Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager in the United States.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who will guide new clients through the onboarding process for cloud services. You will serve as the main technical point of contact, managing projects from initial setup to successful delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented while educating clients on cloud technologies and best practices. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The position requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, and customer-facing communication skills.

Accountabilities

As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you will:

  • Manage the technical onboarding of assigned clients, leading meetings and serving as the primary contact.
  • Gather technical requirements, including cloud account configurations and service expectations.
  • Project manage onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client contracts and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Sales, to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences.
  • Educate clients on cloud technologies, services, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor multiple onboarding projects concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Candidates should possess:

  • Experience in technical customer support, implementation, or onboarding roles.
  • Project management experience, particularly in client-facing technical projects.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and service level agreements.
  • Capacity to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously (e.g., 10+ clients).
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required within the first year of employment).

Compensation: The base salary range is $85,000–$125,000, determined based on experience, skills, and other factors assessed during the interview process.
