A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be pivotal in guiding Google's Core Developer investments to support the rapid growth and integration of AI-powered products across the Alphabet. You will be deeply involved in understanding current and anticipated AI developer journeys, particularly those involving Large Language Models (LLMs) in consumer applications. You will identify opportunities to enhance existing tools and develop new capabilities, focusing on improving developer productivity, velocity, and the adoption of Google’s innovative AI platforms. You will be driving the evolution towards agent-based workflows for software validation, aiming to reduce developer toil and simultaneously improve system quality and maintainability across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will also use a proactive and adaptive approach to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI technologies and developer workflows.
