RTL Design Intern - CPU/AI Hardware

Tenstorrent is a pioneering AI technology company focused on developing high-performance RISC-V CPUs for advanced AI and ML applications. The company seeks motivated interns to contribute to RTL and microarchitecture design while gaining mentorship from experienced engineers.

Skills

RTL coding and CPU design understanding
Knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL)
Familiarity with scripting languages and assembly
Experience or academic background in verification methodologies (simulation, debugging, testbench development)

Responsibilities

Develop RTL code implementing CPU block features and logic design
Debug and modify RTL CPU code to improve design
Support infrastructure and tool development for RTL and performance environments

Education

Final year BS/MS or PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Strong GPA and academic project experience in computer architecture
