  • Offer advice on networking, career transitions, and professional development.
  • Choose between long-term mentorship or one-time career coaching sessions.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for professionals with expertise in:

  • Technology & Engineering – IT, cybersecurity, AI, software development.
  • Business & Finance – Project management, marketing, strategy, consulting.
  • Education & Career Development – Training, HR, workforce coaching.
  • Nonprofit & Policy Work – Corporate social responsibility, community engagement.

Successful mentors will have:

  • At least three years of professional experience in their field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to support mentees effectively.
  • The ability to dedicate 2-4 hours per month to mentoring sessions.
