Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries related to product selections, orders, and e-commerce processes.
- Provide high-quality support through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate customers about our luxury products and help them navigate our online store.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to share insights and contribute to overall customer experience enhancements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and current fashion trends to assist customers better.
- Fluency in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or in the e-commerce sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools is advantageous.
