Account Executive - Social Media Account Manager

The Rossi Media Company is in search of a driven and innovative Account Executive to lead our Social Media Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing effective social media strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build strong relationships with clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to understand their goals and objectives, and translating these into actionable social media plans. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, contribute to their brand success, and grow your own skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of social media accounts for an assigned client.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand awareness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, strategize, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Support new business development through presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Working towards or in possession of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or account management in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
