Fullstack Software Enigneer

Workshop is a fast growing, venture-backed startup based in Omaha, Nebraska, focused on developing an internal marketing platform to help internal communications teams create and measure multi-channel campaigns. They are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to collaborate closely with product and design teams, take ownership in product strategy, and build scalable web applications with modern technologies.

Skills

Proficiency in Typescript and Javascript for both backend and frontend development.
Experience with reactive frameworks such as Vue or React and understanding of browser APIs.
Strong skills in JS/TS/Node backends managing data with relational databases.
Familiarity with serverless computing platforms like AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Run is a plus.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate product vision into scalable software solutions.
Take ownership in engineering and product strategy with direct input on key projects.
Ship production-ready code regularly and maintain high-quality user experiences.
Develop and integrate core product features using API-driven frontend development.
Drive key roadmap projects and contribute to scaling the platform.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
