Sr. Client Director - CBS (Consumer + Business Services)

Thunder is a rapidly growing company focused on Salesforce multi-cloud implementation and managed services. They are expanding their sales team and seeking a Senior Account Executive experienced in the Salesforce partner ecosystem to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

Skills

  • Proven success in solution selling within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Strong Salesforce delivery and technical knowledge.
  • Consultative selling aligned to customer business needs and Salesforce cloud products.
  • Excellent communication and strategic presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google/G-Suite, Salesforce.com, Slack, MS Office, and related productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Asana, and Mission Control/Harvest.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Thunder’s Salesforce multi-cloud implementation and managed services.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients, creating tailored business plans.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce sales teams and partners to establish business relationships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies following the Thunder Sales Playbook.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships with buyer influencers.
  • Onboard consultants effectively at project start to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with high-value touchpoints throughout projects.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to achieve sales outcomes.
  • Keep Salesforce CRM updated with key activities and pipeline deals.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
