Front-End Web Developer

They seek a Front-End Web Developer enthusiastic about collaborating with cross-functional teams to create responsive, accessible, and engaging web experiences across Topstep's digital properties.

Skills

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
Strong experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Ability to translate design files into responsive web pages
Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Attention to detail with a QA-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers to create functional, responsive, and accessible front-end code
Build and optimize landing pages and WordPress components
Implement SEO enhancements including technical updates and content refinements
Configure event tracking and tags in Google Tag Manager and GA4
Audit and improve site performance and mobile responsiveness
Translate Figma prototypes into clean, production-ready code
Deploy A/B test variants to support optimization
Troubleshoot front-end bugs and implement scalable fixes
Maintain site health through plugin management and updates
Communicate clearly and ensure alignment
Stay current with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices
