Program Manager – Client Onsite

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a global leader in retail technology solutions, focusing on Point of Sale systems and custom enterprise software delivery. They seek a seasoned Program Manager to lead client onsite programs, driving program execution, stakeholder collaboration, and technical delivery at client locations.

Skills

Program and project management expertise with strong client-facing experience.
Technical understanding of system architecture and software development frameworks.
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira and MS Project.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work predominantly onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of customer programs, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
Drive delivery from client sites with real-time issue resolution and team coordination.
Manage dependencies, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams.
Ensure technical and business alignment between solutions and customer goals.
Facilitate communication among engineering, product, and business teams.
Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and manage expectations proactively.
Lead technical teams ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices and quality standards.
Champion consistent use of project tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Track and report KPIs related to delivery performance and client outcomes.
Coach and mentor junior team members promoting ownership and accountability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field or equivalent experience.
