Work with Security Operations Management, external vendors, and internal lines of business for the oversight, creation and communication of the Security Operations program metrics. Provide backup and burst capability around Security Operations risk management such as issues management, risk and control evaluation, and regulatory requests.• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Following is a summary of the essential job functions. Specific activities may change.+ Collaborate with Security Operations leaders, internal IT groups, and lines of business in evaluating, gathering, and cataloging data for creating KRIs, KPIs, Operational Metrics, Operational Measures, and reporting.+ Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for distribution to management up to and including Board level metrics and reports.+ Oversee and conduct analyses to guide program strategy and develop short- and long-term plans.+ Manage and lead a monthly governance protocol for auditable evidence including agendas, notes, meeting minutes, and tracking actions.+ Provide backup support to Security Operations risk and controls management, monthly updates for issues, coordinating regulatory responses, and drafting remediation plan evidence packages.• *Qualifications**• *Required Qualifications:**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
