Job Description


Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our high-performing team supporting a global technology client on a large-scale data center construction program. This role is embedded within the client’s Engineering Change Management (ECM) team and plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement across a complex, fast-paced capital delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management, data analytics, and change management expertise, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Construction, and Operations.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage engineering changes across in-flight construction projects.
  • Support and improve change management processes and tools.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models using Python, dbt, and cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, Operations) to ensure data integrity and alignment.
  • Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create visual workflows and documentation to support change processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data management.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program analysis, project controls, or change management on capital projects.
  • Strong AEC background with experience in construction administration, commissioning, and design coordination.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project delivery tools (Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Jira, MS Project).
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and Earned Value Management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
