Primary Purpose:
To provide oversight and direction for all children 6 weeks to 5 years old, corresponding teams, and services at Turning Point Church, McDonough Campus. This position should aim to ensure that the gospel of Jesus Christ can be delivered with ease to children in an age appropriate way.

At Turning Point Church, our McDonough Campus is on the lookout for a dynamic Nursery/Preschool Coordinator to lead our incredible ministry for little ones aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. This isn't just a job—it's a calling to ensure that the gospel of Jesus Christ is woven seamlessly into the fabric of our children's lives in ways that resonate with their hearts and minds. As our Preschool Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind all kids-related services, overseeing classroom preparations for weekend programming, and inspiring our amazing TPC Kids Dream Team through training and gatherings. You'll ensure that every nursery and preschool volunteer feels equipped and valued as they guide our children in their faith journey. Safety is paramount, and you'll implement and maintain standards that ensure our environments are secure and appealing. You'll also work closely with families, supporting them through small groups, planning joyful community outreach efforts, and forging relationships with local schools to extend our mission. Your experience in early childhood education or church leadership will be complemented by your natural leadership abilities, allowing you to manage multiple projects while embodying the character and values that Turning Point Church upholds.
