Motion Graphic Designer is needed in Phoenix, United States.Client: Turning Point USALocation: Phoenix, AZContract: ContractorJob DescriptionThe Events Motion Graphics Designer position is responsible for creating 2D and 3D graphics, and visual effects for the Turning Point USA’s Events Productions team. The specialist works closely with the creative lead and video editors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. The Turning Point USA Events Productions team is responsible for creating concert style presentations, speaker walk-outs, event introductions, and other video assets to be played on massive stage LED walls. This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment in the future, offering 10-25 hours per week, up to 35 hours during heavy weeks near events.RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.• A strong portfolio of previously completed design projects.Desired but Not Required Skills and Experience:• Visual Effects Experience.• Prior experience with events.• Prior schooling or professional experience in motion graphics.• Experience with character animation (2D or 3D).• Experience with particle systems.Success Factors (personal characteristics that will enable success):• Attention to detail.• Willing to take direction.• Creative.• Flexibility and adaptability.• Communicative.• Self-starter and self-motivated.• Innovative nature.Employment DetailsEmployment type is contracted, with hours ranging from 10 to 25 hours per week, potentially up to 35 hours during busier times near events.
