This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas including broiler operations, breeder operations, feedmill operations, and hatchery operations. We are seeking driven and passionate people to join our team and contribute to meaningful projects that drive our business forward. This immersive program offers a comprehensive understanding of our business operations through weekly rotations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Learning: Immerse yourself in all aspects of our live production facilities by working closely with Team Members. Learn how to promote a safe working environment and produce high-quality products efficiently.
• Skill Development: Enhance your technical, analytical, and leadership skills through hands-on experiences and project-based work.
• Supportive Role: Communicate with and support cross-functional leaders to execute real world work, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Leadership Preparation: Prepare for future supervisory responsibilities by understanding the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Animal welfare, and live production.
