Summary of Job Duties:

Human Resources is seeking a highly organized candidate with an excellent academic record for a graduate assistant position on the Talent Development team. The position focuses on assisting with the design and development of training and/or programs for employee and/or leadership development.

The duties of the position will include working with the Talent Development and Leadership Team to assist in conducting needs assessment, instructional design, course development, implementation, evaluation, and communication. Other duties related to Talent Development may be assigned as needed.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a Graduate degree-seeking program at the University of Arkansas, with a minimum 3.0 GPA

  • At least one year work experience relevant to Talent Development 

  • Proven attention to detail, as evidenced by application materials

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize  

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to think critically and logically
