B2B Customer Service Rep

Job Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate documentation to ensure projects align with client specifications, including product details, pricing, delivery timelines, quantities, and other items as specified by various departments.• Receive and document customer orders for assigned product categories.• Generate and track daily, weekly, and monthly order reports, distributing them to clients as necessary.• Process requests for quotes and proposals for sales personnel and assigned clients, ensuring timely handling in accordance with client needs.• Coordinate and follow up on installations as needed.• Monitor client orders and change orders, communicating any potential issues to clients, sales staff, and relevant production departments.Qualifications:• At least an Associate's Degree or higher.• 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing setting.• Willingness to cross-train in other areas for future career advancement.• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.• Quick thinking with a readiness to learn.Additional Info:• Pay: $23-$26/hr• Location: 100% Onsite• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PMAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
