Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
