As an ID Administrator at our innovative tech company, you'll embark on an exciting journey managing user accounts and access rights in Active Directory (AD). This role is all about ensuring that our team can securely access the systems they need, and you’ll be the go-to expert for all things AD! You will be responsible for providing top-notch helpdesk support, assisting end-users with their account creation, modifications, and deletions in AD. Troubleshooting is a big part of the job, so if you're skilled at resolving login issues, permissions problems, and group memberships, you'll fit right in! You'll also play a vital role in creating and managing user profiles, security groups, and distribution lists within AD, while keeping a keen eye on user activities to ensure compliance with our stringent security policies. Collaboration is key, as you'll work alongside various IT teams to tackle system and application access issues. Your technical prowess will shine as you support users with not only AD-related queries but also with issues involving Microsoft Office and other company applications. With your strong background in user support and relevant experience with Active Directory combined with excellent problem-solving skills, you'll make a significant impact in maintaining a secure and efficient workplace.
