Unit is a market leader in embedded finance. We offer ready-to-launch financial services - like banking and capital - and serve millions of end-users across ~100 customers, including Wix, Bill.com, Honeybook, Relay, and more.
We’re repeat founders with technical backgrounds, working hard to build a successful company that we’re proud to work at. Our product moves $40b+ annually and processes 12m+ API calls daily. We’ve raised $160m+ from top investors including Insight, Accel, and 60+ angels.
We’re hiring a Platform Manager to lead critical, cross-functional initiatives that support Unit’s product priorities and expansion into new lines of business. Reporting to the Head of Platform, you’ll drive high-impact initiatives from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has deep experience as a fintech operator—specifically with customer-facing products in banking, lending, or payments.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Unit’s ecosystem of partners—including product partners, clients, and banks—as well as internal teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to drive key launches and enhancements to our customer-facing products. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, partnerships, and strategy—and who’s eager to shape the future of embedded finance.
Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to launch new products.
Take a customer-focused and data-driven approach to defining, delivering, and iterating on products.
Define and drive towards business outcomes tied to adoption and usage.
Maintain a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem to identify opportunities to implement partners that unlock exciting features for Unit's end-customers.
Manage key partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, negotiating, rallying internal teams, and launching.
5+ years of experience as an operator in fintech, ideally in banking, lending, and payments with a customer-facing focus.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset—ability to analyze usage patterns, and make optimization decisions to improve adoption and efficiency.
Technical fluency—we build software used by the industry's best tech and product companies.
Comfort with switching between strategy and detailed-oriented execution.
Strategic thinker who can produce insights and recommendations around partnership and ecosystem strategy.
Curious, self-starting nature, driven by impact and excited to influence the future of Fintech.
The base salary for this role is expected to be $140,000 - $170,000 per year. In addition, employees at Unit can expect generous benefits and may be eligible for equity and/or variable compensation. The final offer will be determined by factors including experience level, expertise, and location.
Working at Unit means joining a global team on a mission to create a more equitable financial ecosystem. We’re a fast-growing team of individuals who are passionate about their work, see the big picture and always seek to empower our clients and their end-customers.
