Payment Product Manager (Senior)

We are seeking a Payment Product Manager (Senior) to join United Tech. In this role, you will have the great opportunity to build a team from scratch and be at the forefront of developing payment functions.


In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute a payments-related feature roadmap and KPIs to monitor their effectiveness
  • Analyze customer needs, stay up-to-date with current market trends, and identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with international payment solution providers
  • Build a reporting system for monitoring and extracting actionable insights for feature development
  • Optimize payment pass-through rates, reduce chargeback rates, and reduce fraud rates
  • Implement and manage product anti-fraud mechanics, including ML system integration
  • Analyze the effectiveness of payment methods and different payment packages through A/B testing
  • Integrate new payment providers and methods
  • Manage the billing support function
  • Lead the launch of payment infrastructure in foreign jurisdiction


It’s all about you:
  • 2+ years of experience in payment-related roles 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the B2C sector
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
  • Proficiency in analyzing user feedback and data
  • Competitor analysis skills
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests
  • Ability to plan and prioritize the product roadmap according to the business strategy
  • Prioritization experience using frameworks like RICE
  • A team player with an initiative and proactive approach to proposing product improvements
  • A strong data-driven and ownership mindset

Would be a plus:
  • 2 years of experience with mobile apps
