Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance patient care while ensuring the safety and security of everyone on campus. In this role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming patients, visitors, and staff, guiding them with information and directions while managing your daily rounds to enforce security policies. Your keen observation skills will be essential as you protect hospital property and maintain a secure environment, addressing any suspicious activities. You will also play a vital role in emergencies, assisting staff and guiding patients as needed, always with a focus on customer service. It's important to note that while this role does not allow for arrests, your ability to de-escalate situations will be vital.
