Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Execution (multiple positions) in Minneapolis, MN.
Essential Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Management Analysts, or a related occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:
1. Driving transformation and implementation of strategy solutions.
2. Managing large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives in the banking, financial services, or consulting industry.
3. Serving as a leader in designing, managing, and executing on transformation strategies within an enterprise.
4. Delivering financial presentations to executive leadership.
5. Driving key decisions through profitability modeling.
6. Serving as a SME in the areas of global planning and forecasting.
7. Managing business and finance process re-design projects.
8. Identifying and implementing initiatives to build revenue and increase productivity.
9. Advanced modeling using Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bl, and Visio.
10. Working for a Bank, Mortgage Lender, or other Financial Services Company or Institution.
