Job Summary:Join USAA and embark on a journey to serve the military community and their families. This role offers a comprehensive six-month training program, fully paid, to equip you with the skills needed to provide exceptional service and support to our members.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products.• Interact with members through various contact channels to assist with quotes, policy inquiries, billing, and coverage information.• Use available tools and resources to support members and ensure accurate advice and solutions.• Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.Qualifications and Experience:• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.• Ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.• Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before the date of hire and complete state registrations within 90 days of hire.Benefits of the Position:• Competitive salary range: $46,400 - $48,900.• Signing bonus of $2,000 for new hires.• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.• 401(k), pension, life insurance, and parental benefits.• Paid time off program with paid holidays plus 16 paid volunteer hours.• Opportunities for career path planning and continuing education.About USAA:USAA is dedicated to serving the financial needs of U.S. military members and their families.
