You'll develop and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns that captivate, engage, and convert enterprise prospects. This role requires a strong analytical skills, familiarity with growth marketing tools, and excitement to test and iterate on new campaigns to optimize growth.This is a high-impact role at a critical juncture; you will have the freedom to architect and drive Valence’s growth engine as our AI coach builds momentum with enterprise partners. We've been featured in Harvard Business Review, and our client list reads like a Who's Who of global business, including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, General Mills, ServiceNow, AstraZeneca, Experian, and Bristol Myers Squibb.What You'll Do• Demand Generation: Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning email, newsletter, digital advertising, and virtual events, to drive lead generation• Campaign Analytics: Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates• Organic Growth: Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand and improve conversion rates, SEO, and SEM• Audience Segmentation: Organize and refine email marketing lists based on attributes such as user behavior, demographics, and other pertinent data to deliver targeted and personalized content• Attribution: Build out the foundation to track campaign attribution and present regular insights to guide ongoing campaign optimizationWhat We’re Looking For• 3+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS• Demonstrated success in developing and measuring impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (email, events, paid social) that attract, engage, and convert prospects• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and a passion for leveraging technology to drive results• Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for data-driven decision-making• Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple projects and expectations - both independently and on cross-functional initiatives• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Apollo for executing outbound marketing campaigns and familiarity with PM tools such as Trello, preferred• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to work on a small team with ambitious goals• Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn through feedback• Clear motivations for wanting to join an Series A startup focused on generative AI, LLMs and MLWhat You'll Get• Ownership of projects and strategic priorities regardless of seniority• Strong ties to the executive team, a culture of transparency and engagement with strategic decisions• Options from day one, which means you will be on the ownership track right away• Competitive salary and equity packages• Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) from day 1• Provision of anything you need to be successful - learning tools, hardware, office equipment, software, access to a WeWork etc• 401k optionality for US based employees• Generous PTO, company-wide R&R shutdowns and paid leave for parents.• A WFH stipend, phone stipend and support to work in a We Work or other space as preferredLocation and Work EnvironmentIf candidates are based in NYC will work 3 days a week in our office in New York, otherwise this role can be remote.
