You'll be the primary technical contact for our customers, ensuring they successfully deploy and optimize Kasten solutions. With your expertise in Kubernetes and container technologies, you'll help clients navigate their data management journey, conducting engaging workshops and presentations to foster a deep understanding of our products. Furthermore, collaboration is key, as you'll partner with internal teams to drive issue resolution and provide proactive support while influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role isn’t just about technical skills; it also involves mentoring your fellow Technical Account Managers, leading discussions in forums, and representing Veeam at industry events.
