Planner, Operations Services

Venture Global LNG is a leading provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas with innovative, cost-effective plant designs. We are looking for an experienced Planner to support our Ready for Operations (RFO) Program, facilitating planning and coordination across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness of our LNG facilities.

Skills

Proficient with Primavera P6 and Power BI for planning and tracking.
Strong project controls, schedule management, and data analysis skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interface with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinate multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the development and execution of a structured RFO plan involving multiple stakeholders.
Engage daily with key functional groups to monitor and support timely completion of RFO deliverables.
Review and ensure detailed and structured RFO deliverable schedules with effective progress monitoring.
Conduct progress review meetings to coordinate and expedite RFO goals between functional teams.
Implement tracking and reporting processes for RFO deliverables using tools like PowerBI.
Report project status, constraints, and advise management with data-driven insights.
Perform schedule vetting to align RFO plans with project milestones and interdependencies.
Coordinate RFO validation activities to confirm operational readiness.
Develop and monitor the Operations Integrated Plan in Primavera P6.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional planning assignments as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or related fields.
