At Vibe, we’re building the Google Ads of Streaming, making TV advertising as simple and fast as social ads, with unmatched performance. In just 5 minutes, any business can create a TV ad, set a budget and target the right audience, launch nationwide, and track results in real time with full transparency.

Founded in 2022 by two repeat entrepreneurs and adtech experts, Arthur Querou (ex-YCombinator) & Franck Tetzlaff (Doctolib Founder - $6B valuation e-health scaleup), we already achieved:

  • Onboarded 5,000+ clients

  • Generated $47M in revenue in 2024

  • Raised $25M Series A with Singular & Sequoia in 2024

In 2025, we’re on track to hit $100M+ in revenue and become the #1 platform in the Connected TV advertising space.

Your mission and what you’ll own

Your mission is simple: make Vibe look as bold and unforgettable as the product actually is.

This is not a client-facing role. You’ll be fully embedded in our marketing team, building creative assets for Vibe, not for clients, and working hand-in-hand with Senda (Marketing Lead) and Arthur (CEO).

  • Sales materials — clean, beautiful, brand-aligned decks and one-pagers that help our sales team pitch better and close faster. Definition of done: Would a salesperson use it and feel it makes them better at their job?

  • Marketing visuals — assets for product launches, campaigns, social posts, and internal needs — fast and with style

  • Product feature videos — short, clear, animated videos in the style of Notion or Figma to showcase what we’re building

  • Big announcement content — fun, viral-style mini clips or creative videos to generate buzz and get Vibe seen by people who don’t know us yet

You’ll be our first in-house creative in NYC. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to create every day — and ship fast.

You’ll be working directly with our CEO, Arthur — a multi-time founder, deeply passionate about design and product marketing. If you’re looking to grow fast by building alongside a visionary founder, this is that kind of opportunity.

We would love to work with you if

  • You’re a creative machine — fast, intense, full of ideas, and always shipping. You get energy from making things that people see, use, and remember.

  • You know how to make static assets look — from pitch decks to one-pagers to launch visuals. Tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (or anything else that gets the job done).

  • You’re comfortable creating video content — from simple edits to animated feature launches. Tools: CapCut, Jitter, After Effects, Premiere, etc.

  • You’ve got proof. Not just a polished portfolio — we want to see your Instagram, TikTok, or X. If you’re not creating for fun, this probably isn’t for you.

  • You’re product-obsessed. You get how a B2B product works, can translate features into compelling stories, and know how to stay true to a brand while pushing creative boundaries.

What does our hiring process look like?

We like to move fast — here’s what to expect:

  • 30-min intro call with Charles (Talent Lead) A quick conversation to align on fit, motivation, and what you're looking for.

  • 45-min call with Senda (Founding Product Marketing) You'll chat with Senda, who leads our marketing strategy and creative efforts, to go deeper on your craft, your ideas, and how you work.

  • 2-hour live workshop with Arthur (CEO) & Senda A hands-on session to test your instincts and creative skills on real Vibe topics — we’ll explore how you think, create, and collaborate under pressure.
