If you’re looking for an entry-level opportunity with a growing company, Virtucom has a HR Administrator Assistant position for you! Virtucom is seeking a Human Resources Administrator Assistant to support the daily operations of the HR Department with attention to Employee Services.


Responsibilities and Duties:

· Maintains accurate and updated employee files in accordance with company policies and government regulations.

· Assists employees with day to day needs.

· Composes employee communications such as Newsletters.

· Reviews resumes to recruit qualified individuals for specific open positions.

· Assists in posting open positions and tracking the effectiveness of the job posting.

· Assists in recruitment activities and special projects such as job fairs.

· Files documents and answers phones.

· Assists in employee engagement activities.

Requirements

· Exhibits exceptional verbal, written and interactive communication skills

· Demonstrates effective research tactics; good organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity.

· Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.

· Ideal: A four-year college or university with a preferred course of study in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
